§Where things go — the rules
One ingress. The membrane (/opt/qvtx-os/membrane_gateway.py, box 203.161.33.24:80/443) is the only front door. Every public surface is a DNARoute(host, …) → a static docroot under /var/www/<host> or a backend port. A doc in /opt/qvtx-os/docs is storage, not a surface — to be seen it must live under a served docroot.

§How the estate serves
Static host → files under /var/www/<host> serve directly (drop a file, it's live; no restart). App host → path_proxies to a backend port. A route existing is not reachability: ~42 of 155 routes are DNS-dead (chiefly the *.qvtx.io zone — the quantvestrix.io apex has no nameservers). Status tags below: LIVE reachable · DNS-DEAD route exists, apex not delegated · PARKED points elsewhere · INTERNAL infra-only.
